It is imperative for members of a multicultural team to understand how cultural values and behaviors affect the workplace. Take aim toward investing in cultural communication training to minimize misunderstandings and improve productivity and efficiency.

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) can be a first step in developing your intercultural competence. As a Qualified Administrator, Amy can walk you through this process and provide your personalized Intercultural Development Plan (IDP). The IDI can be designed for individual, team, or organizational development.
